Cancellation and refund

Room Bookings: For deluxe room reservations, cancellations made 7 or more days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the paid amount (minus any payment gateway fees). Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for any refund. All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing (e.g. email). No additional cancellation fees will be charged to you beyond what is permitted by law. In-House Food Orders: If you pre-order food to be served on-site, you may cancel the order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or after the order is prepared are non-refundable, due to the perishable nature of food. Cancellation by Anya Paradise: In the unlikely event we must cancel your confirmed booking (for reasons such as overbooking, maintenance issues, or force majeure), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either an alternate date or a full refund. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if the cancellation is initiated by us. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. We initiate refunds immediately upon processing your cancellation and aim to complete them within 5 business days, in accordance with RBI guidelines. Please note that banks may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the refund in your account. All refunds will be processed promptly and in compliance with consumer protection laws. .

Payment must be made at the time of booking; failure of payment (e.g. due to a declined transaction) means the booking will not be held. Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM on the departure date. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges. Please present valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or Aadhaar) for each guest upon check-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Rates and Changes: We strive to keep our rates and availability accurate, but they may change due to promotions, seasonal demand, or errors. Anya Paradise reserves the right to correct any errors or cancel bookings caused by mistake, even after confirmation, if such error is obvious and could not reasonably have been anticipated by you. Content and Intellectual Property: The content on our website (including text, images, logos, graphics, and design) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our website and services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we endeavor to provide accurate information and high-quality service, we do not guarantee that website content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date. Shipping

Domestic Shipping: If Anya Paradise offers any physical products (such as room amenity kits, local handicrafts, or gift items), we ship them within India using reputable courier services. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship products outside India. (If international shipping becomes available in the future, please note that any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Charges and Delivery: We use standard packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. Delivery timeframes are estimates; actual delivery dates may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors.
